River City Networks, LLC owns and controls the subsidiary Pavr. (“Pavr“) uses data processors (each, a “Subprocessor“) to assist in delivering our services. Subprocessors have access to certain User Data and Other Information and are contractually obligated to process this information only as instructed by Pavr. Before engaging a Subprocessor Pavr evaluates their security, privacy and confidentiality practices to ensure they adhere to the standards set forth by applicable data protection laws.
